Both of you can stay face to face, in a simple cross-legged meditation pose, with your eyes closed. Put your right hand on the person's chest, where the heart chakra resides and ask them to do the same for you. Breathe in and out deeply for a few minutes. Clear your mind and return to the present moment. Notice how the other person's hand feels against your chest. Observe the way you feel the chest of the other person.
